NEW TEAM TRAINING
Children new to basketball participate in an eight week training program in order to teach basketball fundamentals in prepared for competition. Most training occurs in Term 1 of each year. The training follows the 'game-sense' approach to coaching combining skills & drills with modifiied game play.

COACH THE COACH
Playball will conduct some Coach the Coach sessions to assist parents who have taken on the role as Team Coach. The session/s will be advertised and will occur mid Term 2. The aim being to teach Coaches what they can teach their team in regards to skills, court positioning and team work

VIDEO'S & BOOKS
Excellent training video's are now available to borrow or buy from both MSAC & Aqualink Stadiums. The better your players individual skills and team tactics are, the more enjoyment they will derive from each game. Video's are available for a period of two weeks at no cost.
