Ford Aussie Hoops Rookie has been developed for 5 to 7 year olds as an introductory program that ensures all participants develop the fundamental skills to participate in and draw satisfaction from Basketball. Aussie Hoops provides boys and girls with a fun and safe basketball experience that serves as an introduction to a lifetime of involvement in the game.

Playball Basketball as an affiliated Association of Basketball Victoria is running these programs in Term 2, 3 & 4 2024 at Aqualink Box Hill

Each new participant receives an Aussie Hoops Participation Pack couriered to your postal address and includes:

Sticker Sheet of Australian Nation Basketball Teams

Term 2 2024 dates: Friday 19-April to Friday 14-June (9-weeks) Aussie Hoops

TRAINING OR COMPETITION

A term of basketball training is highly recommended to prepare children for competition. Register an individual child or a whole team to participate in weekly training sessions covering - individual basketball skills & practicing skills with group activities which are highly fun and engaging. Playball's experienced coaches conduct the 40 minute sessions.

Insurance

All teams that compete and train in Playball Basketball competitions, are covered by Basketball Victoria's Insurance Policy. This includes Sports Injury Insurance and Public Liability Insurance.
