Regular after-school competitions are played at the following Melbourne Stadiums:

Aqualink - Box Hill / Sportlink Vermont South

Competition and training is held at Aqualink - Box Hill, Surrey Drive (Melway 47 B11), as well as surrounding school gymnasiums. Children compete within their age group on either a Monday, Thursday or Friday, after school from 4:00 to 7:00pm. Aprox: 100 teams.

Mondays - Grade 4 to 6
Thursdays - Grade 3 & 4
Fridays - Grade 3 and under

Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre (MSAC) - Albert Park

Competition and training is held at the Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre (MSAC), Albert Park (Melway 2K-D7). Children in Grades 1 to 6 compete after school, each Tuesday & Friday from 4:00 to 6:15 pm.

Tuesdays - Grade 4 to 6
Fridays - Grade 1 to 4

Glen Eira Sports & Aquatic Centre (GESAC) - East Bentleigh

Competition and training is held at the Glen Eira Sports & Aquatic Centre (GESAC), Bentleigh East (Melway 68 K12). Children in Grades 1 to 4 compete / train after school, each Friday from 4:00 to 6:00 pm commencing 2012.
